Service Level Agreement (SLA)

A Service Level Agreement (SLA) is the level of service to be provided within a service contract. In a relationship between a customer and a service provider, this agreement will be negotiated based on priorities, responsibilities, and guarantees. A specific level of service may be set as a specific target or as a minimum service level.
