U.S. Extra Grade Nonfat Dry Milk when reconstituted, will have a sweet, pleasing flavor, but may have the following flavors to a slight degree: chalky, cooked, feed, or flat. Nonfat dry milk will be a uniform white to light cream natural color; it will be free from lumps.
